Being in a personal and professional transition can be difficult. When I found myself in one, I knew I needed expertise to help me gain clarity and focus and become an even better leader.

My authentic leadership

Stand stronger in my foundation

My journey took off
My conversations with Helene quickly went in a different direction than anticipated. Initially I looked backwards, to the side and inward to a greater extent than I had expected. The fog has lifted – and it is replaced by clear direction and energy
In my coaching sessions with Helene, the thick layer of conventional thinking and tone deafness towards the values that really drive me has been dissolved. Development, challenge and safe guidance
