With more than 20 years of experience and over 4,000 coaching hours, I have helped people reach their goals and dreams and make a lasting impact. I worked with Accenture, Right Management Consultants, and The Oxford Coaching and Mentoring (TheOCM) before establishing my own practice in 2003.

Over the years, my task has been to help individuals and organizations achieve as much freedom as possible while reaching their desired outcomes and impact. I've helped turn personal development and purpose-driven strategy into more energy, impact, and success.

I hold an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a Diploma (EMCC certified) in Coaching & Mentoring from The OCM in Oxford (www.theocm.co.uk).
